Ladies and Gentlemen, 

In the alternative media, there has been a lot of concern over the goals and intent of the 2015 U.S. Military Exercise: Jade Helm 15. 

There have been occasional reports (none I've previously seen backed by any demonstrable evidence) that the real reason for Jade Helm 15 is connected to Planet X, (Wormwood, Niburu). Up until I received the following report, these previous ones I regarded as background chatter. As a side note: working in U.S. Military Intelligence the Fall of 1967, in the Republic of Vietnam, we had "background chatter" about a pending massive enemy attack to take place during the 1968 Chinese Lunar New Year celebration called "Tet". I learned the hard way to pay attention to background chatter. 

As of today, that's all changed, I now have intelligence from a private, trusted source that Jade Helm 15 is, indeed, connected to Planet X. 

The Russian, Norwegian and Brazilian Governments have all made some efforts to inform their populace about the pending danger from Planet X. The USA has not, and will not. The extensive (and very expensive) underground cities Russia has built in the Ural Mountains, the several large "ghost cities" built by China far into the interior of their country make no sense whatsoever unless, or until, you factor in the violently rising ocean levels caused by Planet X.

The U.S. Government has decided to not reveal anything about Planet X and to maintain control until the very last moment. In my paper "No Need For Panic", ( http://www.thelibertyman.com/downloads/No%20Need%20for%20Panic.pdf) first written in the Fall of 2005, I stated that there would be some pretext to declare Martial Law. I made the point in 2005, and still believe, that the reason for Martial Law must be a pretext and have no connection to Planet X. The reason being people will "go along" with Martial Law due to race riots and/or an economic collapse and/or Islamic terrorist attacks as being reasonable and prudent. Telling people to do anything once they find out about the threat of Planet X simply will not work. 

The three most likely scenarios for this pretext (as of May 2015) are a race war and/or an economic collapse, followed by Islamic Terrorist (i.e. ISIS) attacks. I would be remiss to not mention the clear and present danger posed by Russian and Chinese troops on U.S. soil and in nearby Mexican staging areas. 

There is a lot of focus, by those of us in the alternative media, on the September/October time frame. While I have no crystal ball, I will advise all concerned persons to commence what they consider to be prudent preparations ASAP.

June 8, 2015 update:

Given the importance of this matter and wanting to exercise good standards of journalism, I elected to delay publishing this article prior to getting a second source reporting the same thing (that the Jade Helm 15 training exercise is Planet X related). Today, I am satisfied that I have that second source. While not my private source, I know and trust Steve Quayle who, today, published an article in his alerts section that the Jade Helm matter is, indeed, connected to Planet X. While the author of the alert does not specifically mention Planet X, he certainly implies as much. The author uses the pen name of Seal Man

If people can’t see the writing on the wall by now, they’ll never wake up. A military does not transport tons (TONS) of concertina wire, out in the open-not caring if it is seen, unless it is going to be used for something SOON. This wire is used for two things. Keeping enemies out (used to form military wire obstacles), or keeping prisoners in. The cost for transport, manpower to erect the wire and manufacturing far out way the cost for using the amount we are seeing transported for merely an exercise. 

The U.S. military, and other U.S government agencies, are spending way too much time and money for training. Our country’s leaders are scared to death, they are preparing for something big. The speed at which everything is being conducted, prepositioning of assets/ assets relocated, signals to me that whatever has them scared-is just around the corner. 

We have China building islands to preposition assets and conducting large scale exercises, and we have Russia in the Ukraine fighting against U.S. equipped and trained troops, and conducting unprecedented military exercise (largest in their country’s history). We have both China and Russia building their own banking systems (AIIB/BRICS) to conduct trade and invest money + they have developed their own money wiring swift system (CHIPS)-circumventing what has always been used. 

The Middle Eastern GCC countries are now forming a stronger military alliance so they can effectively operate jointly militarily together in the future, and they have been disusing limiting military weapons contracts with the U.S. They plan to purchase more hardware from their European allies. Why, because the U.S. will no longer be reliable, that’s right, we’ll be too busy dealing with chaos in our own country + weapons manufacturing will come to a complete halt, and they know it. 

I believe the 500 days of climate chaos spoken about by the French Foreign Minister, with John Kerry standing at his side, has everything to do with all this. When the real chaos begins: super storms, quakes and volcanoes, the U.S will be at its weakest. Much of our military will be overseas, and if you are in the military, plan on being stuck overseas. All Emergency Response Assets: National Guard, FEMA, Red Cross, DHS and other agencies will be overwhelmed. And this is when the U.N will intervene, and all our enemies, from all corners of the earth, will begin their invasion. 

The most disturbing part of all this: It has all been planned, we have all been sold out to the global government corporate enterprise. And in case anyone wants to know who is paving the way, who is in charge, who will light the way? All you have to do is tune into the Popes address to our U.S. Congress (first time in history) and his address to the U.N. a few days later - this coming September. He will be the calming voice, the voice of reason, who will begin the process of unifying everyone. If you are not concerned, you should start becoming concerned, because in order for this man’s message to have the correct impact: answers for despair, fear and desperation, things are going to have to be getting pretty bad. 

And all this is the perfect example of: Order out of Chaos. This is your New World Order people. I’ll leave you with this, and let it sink in: In a Short Time, This Will Be a Long Time Ago.

I find it more than a little coincidental that the 500 day warning issued by the French Foreign Minister on May 14, 2014 (With U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry standing an arms length away) to prepare for/negate/deal with Climate Change takes us to September 24, 2015 (assuming I did my day count properly). On September 24, 2015 Pope Francis addresses (for the first time in our Republic's history) a joint session of the U. S. Congress. The following day,September 25th, the Pope addresses the annual meeting of world leaders at the United Nations. Pope Francis will be only the forth Pope to set foot in the United Nations building in NY City. 

While I'm reluctant to make a claim that things will get so bad in the next 90 days that Pope Francis will be courted as a solution to out-of-control chaos, I will concede that that possibility does exist.

The two authors: Mr. Peter Schwartz and Mr. Doug Randall did their research by interviewing scientists, economists and military experts on the consequences of two possible future scenarios:

These may be the 22 scariest pages of non-fiction you will ever read! I first read them in 2005. Once I learned from my interviewing Dr. Luigianni Zangari Ph.D. that the Gulf Stream did, in fact, stop on June 12, 2010, I re-read this paper. It took on a whole new level of importance and concern! Without stealing any thunder from this paper, you will find it prognosticating wars, drought, violent climate change and more!

It's not terribly long but should be sufficient to make the point, and convince the reader, that one does not to anguish over 'When will Planet X start affecting our planet"? as it already is and has been since June 2010. My next recommendation: Look at the next several months (between now and November 1, 2015) as your own, personal, training exercise. If your plan is to do nothing, quite simply you're planning to fail. If you believe that loading the wife, your children into the mini-van with your camping supplies to head for the the nearest National Forest is a plan, I wish you the best of luck! I advocate prudent preparations. That will be different things for different people. 

While I do publicly advocate establishing a Hobby Farm as the highest and best long-term solution, I understand that each family will have their own wants, needs, desires, time, skills and money. I respect your personal plan, whatever that may be. Just be sure to have a viable plan!

No, you're not going to set up a viable Hobby Farm in the next three months. That takes years. You could, however, locate and establish a safe haven. A place of safety and security where shelter, food, water and everything one needs to survive will not be an issue. A place where you and your loved ones can defend against brigands and common criminals. That's your marching orders, that's your personal training exercise.

Nibiru - Observed and Unspoken

Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO):

NASA has many eyes looking into space with its four Great Observatories (and other programs): Compton Gamma Ray Observatory (CGRO, 1991 to 2000), Hubble Space Telescope (HST), Chandra X-Ray Observatory (CXRO), and Spitzer Space Telescope (SST) provide gamma rays, visible, x-rays, and infrared methods of viewing. (NASA's Great Observatories).

SOHO is another satellite observatory, developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the European Space Agency (ESA, consisting of 22 member states headquartered in Paris, France).

Since 1995, SOHO has been providing optical-UV, magnetic, sun and solar wind imaging capabilities, and "...has taken the first images of the sun's convection zone, shown the structure of sunspots below the sun's surface, and discovered new phenomena, such as solar tornadoes...SOHO has spotted 1,500 new comets...". (Major Space Telescopes).

NASA/ESA provides an interactive SOHO website for the public to view activities of and near the sun. (SOHO Movie Theater). A YouTube video by "thecanadianvandal" (below) posted the link for the SOHO website with directions, including parameters and date, in order for others to find the same image.

Following the directions, the same intriguing images are seen as in the posted YouTube video. Playing around with the website some more, using other time periods and sequences provides views of some amazing sun activities, including Coronal Mass Ejections (CME), and comets, too; they're spectacular. I'm by no means any kind of expert in astronomy, but it did appear, after looking at some sequences of CME, that a different YouTube posting claiming to show Nibiru from SOHO was in reality part of the images of a CME. However, this particular video image sequence below is different - take a look:

 

This "winged globe" (is the image a white-out by NASA?) is verifiable on NASA/ESA's website in SOHO movie theater images for the given date. Further, similar images are visible on other dates of input.




And here's another posting by YouTube's "thecanadianvandal":

Interestingly, both of these images appears to be a white-out, but the object is large, and still visible is the trailing tail consisting of many other objects.

It seems reasonable that some images can be and have been deliberately altered, or left out completely.

NASA/ESA apparently already thought of that; explanations given in the website, include that the images are near real-time, that some images have been deleted because of data gaps in transmissions in which black lines and black areas can be seen, and the images are meant for visual inspections only, not analysis, because they lack science quality.

Near Earth Object Program (NEOWISE):

NEOWISE is an orbital telescope funded by NASA's Planetary Science Division; it went into low-Earth orbit in December 2009; "...(and) harvests measurements of asteroids and comets from images collected by the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) spacecraft...(and) Provides archive for searching solar system objects." (Near Earth Object Program; a lot of information in this website). NEOWISE went into hibernation in February 2011, and was brought out again "to learn about near-Earth objects and comets that could pose an impact hazard to Earth". (Ibid)

At a NEOWISE conference on September 29, 2011, Amy Maizner, Principle Investigator JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory) of the NEOWISE program, answered a caller's question about Planet X, and stated: "...we don't think that there's anything that's hazardous in the outer solar system (emphasis added)...we think that this is just...a...sort of a...If there is something out there it would be a large body in a roughly circular orbit." The Pope Scope:

The Vatican is interested in watching space, too; it has an observatory at the Pope's summer residence in Castel Gandolfo, Italy and another on Mt. Graham in Tucson, Arizona (Mt. Graham International Observatory built in 2010). The "Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research" instrument on Mt. Graham is named - Lucifer. No joke. (Lucifer)

Many wonder about the third prophecy of Fatima* possibly compelling the Vatican to build observatories; especially given Lucifer's infrared capability which is necessary to view Nibiru in space (detecting heat given off by dark objects).

Many also wonder why, given separation of church and state, the Pope has been invited - and accepted - an invitation to speak to the U.S. Congress this upcoming September 24th (the first Pope to do so). The Pope is also scheduled to speak to UN members the next day, September 25th.

Earth Sounds:

All around the world, since about 2011, people have been reporting large and strange earth sounds - unexplained booming, humming, low-frequency, and trumpet-like noises.

Some of the sounds are hoaxes, but not all of them (Are the "Strange Sounds" Videos a Hoax? There are links in the article to movie soundtracks sounding similar to what's heard in some of the videos).

From "Mysterious Sounds Around the World - Scientists Explain" (article here):

"In our opinion, the source of such powerful and immense manifestation of acoustic-gravity waves must be very large-scale energy processes. These processes include power solar flares and huge energy flows generated by them, rushing towards Earth's surface and destabilizing the magnetosphere, ionosphere and upper atmosphere. Thus, the effects of powerful solar flares: the impact shock waves in the solar wind, streams of corpuscles and bursts of electromagnetic radiation are the main causes of generation of acoustic-gravitation waves following increased solar activity."

The article goes on to say solar activity began to rise sharply since 2011, consistent with a forecast by the International Committee GEOCHANGE; and is expected to continually increase. Another possible cause for "sky hum" included dynamics occurring at the Earth's core:

"There is one more possible cause of these sounds and it may lie at the Earth's core. The fact is that the acceleration of the drift of the Earth's north magnetic pole which increased more than fivefold between 1998 and 2003 and is at the same level today points to intensification of energy processes in the Earth's core, since it is processes in the inner and outer core that form the Earth's geomagnetic field. Meanwhile, as we have already reported, on November 15, 2011 all ATROPATENA geophysical stations which record three-dimensional variations of the Earth's gravitational field almost simultaneously registered a powerful gravitational impulse. The stations are deployed in Istanbul, Kiev, Baku, Islamabad and Yogyakarta, with the first and last one being separated by a distance of about 10,000 km. Such a phenomenon is only possible if the source of this emanation is at the Earth's core level. That huge energy release from the Earth's core at the end of the last year was some kind of a start signal indicating the transition of the Earth's internal energy into a new active phase. Intensification of the energy processes in the Earth's core can modulate the geomagnetic field which, through a chain of physical processes at the ionosphere - atmosphere boundary level, generates acoustic-gravity waves the audible range of which has been heard by people in the form of a frightening low-frequency sound in different parts of our planet. In both cases, even though the causes of acoustic-gravity waves are of a quite understandable geophysical nature, they are indicative of the expected significant increase in solar activity and the geodynamic activity of our planet. There is no doubt that processes in the core rule the internal energy of our planet, therefore, we should expect by the end of 2012 a sharp rise in strong earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and extreme weather events with peak levels in 2013 - 2014."

However, mainstream media (MSM) continues to tell us: (1) we're just unaccustomed to hearing about sinkholes and erroneously believe sinkhole incidences are increasing, and (2) human activities leading to global warming and extreme weather conditions also makes sinkholes our fault.

Also known as Mass Mortality Events (MME); the "Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, revealed that not only are these events becoming more frequent, they're also increasing in magnitude, with the number of fatalities higher for birds, fish and marine invertebrates. Thirty-five events completely or nearly wiped out an entire population." (Humans are to blame; the #1 cause of MME).

What does NASA say?:

NASA gives a dubious report about knowing air temperatures cannot bring about changes to the Earth's core thus affecting the magnetic properties, gravity, and the magnetosphere. Yet, while quick to reiterate a belief that human activities are responsible for climate changes and subsequent damage to Earth and life on Earth, NASA turns the other way to mention the possibilities of occurrences outside of Earth, from within our solar system as having a potential impact on Earth changes:

"Since scientists know air temperature can't affect movements of Earth's core or Earth's length of day to the extent observed, one possibility is the movements of Earth's core might disturb Earth's magnetic shielding of charged-particle (i.e., cosmic ray) fluxes that have been hypothesized to affect the formation of clouds. This could affect how much of the sun's energy is reflected back to space and how much is absorbed by our planet. Other possibilities are that some other core process could be having a more indirect effect on climate, or that an external (e.g. solar) process affects the core and climate simultaneously." (NASA Study Goes to Earth's Core for Climate Insights, March 9, 2011)

Seems reasonable to believe that changes in the Earth's core is leading to the increase in volcanic eruptions (the majority of volcanoes are in the oceans), earthquakes, and climate changes, including rise in temperatures and ocean acidity - and further, that magnetic changes could likewise affect migratory animals, and ocean mammals (whales, dolphins...). Additionally, gases are released from the earth when there's movement of the core. Yet MSM isn't revealing information; instead it's lock-step with the elite intent on keeping us dumbed-down, in the dark, and blamed. We're left with having to look for information from many alternate sources.

Something else to think about - perhaps the reason for the U.S. not spending money to repair the nation's infrastructure is directly related to Nibiru's impending approach:

The nation's infrastructure includes "roads, bridges, the electrical grid, water and sewer systems, ports"; yet for several years now we've seen MSM report about dilapidated and dangerous infrastructure increasing in numbers as well as estimates for repair and replacement.

The costs associated with getting the country's infrastructure back on par at federal, state, and local levels is estimated to be at $160 billion in 2013, and up to $2.7 trillion by 2020 (Trillion dollar gap seen in infrastructure spending) accompanied by yearly mounting job losses at an estimate of 3.5 million, and economic losses to businesses estimated at a total of $150 billion.

Why would the government put money into what they apparently deem "unnecessary" infrastructure if Nibiru's soon to approach Earth? Those in positions of power have been continually siphoning off massive amounts of money, likely about 50 years now, to prepare underground infrastructure for themselves instead.

When will we hear the truth about Nibiru?:

I believe we'll hear something about Nibiru at the last possible moment - but it'll be disguised, and feigned surprise...such as, "we've recently discovered the Betelguese supernova approaching Earth" or something similar - and only when the majority of people start seeing it. But those words won't be uttered until we're under martial law and the elite are safely tucked away in the approximately 100 underground hideouts.

Perhaps this part of the "Deep Impact" movie of 1998 will sound familiar, too soon:

"...Beginning tonight and continuing until the crisis passes I'm declaring a state of martial law. The armed forces and the national guard are working with local law enforcement. A national curfew begins at midnight tonight. Now wherever you are - go home. Stay off the roads after sunset. Crimes against persons or property will be dealt with swiftly and harshly."  

Operation JADE HELM 15 - Many Reasons to be Concerned

Operation JADE HELM 15, a military exercise slated to begin July 15th and end September 15th, is supposedly to benefit our military special operations forces for overseas actions by providing realistic training exercises on U.S. soil within civilian towns and populations in at least 10 states (Countdown to Operation JADE HELM).

However, public disbelief in the military's stated goals of the exercise is evident and mounting as more information has been coming forward with observations recorded and disseminated throughout the internet.

With almost non-existent coverage by mainstream media (MSM) of Operation JADE HELM 15 coupled by ongoing, pre-JADE HELM massive movements across the country of military equipment (including tanks, MRAPs, UN trucks and UN medic vehicles) we're finding out the military exercises will now also include coordination with people from the FBI, other agencies, and UN "observers" - information previously undisclosed.

We've not experienced the scope and breadth of such military exercises on U.S. soil contrary to what some are saying when mentioning past and continuing exercises such as Operation Bold Alligator, Operation Emerald Warrior, Operation Red Flag, etc. (DoD 101 - United States Military Exercises); it's simply untrue.

According to the pdf, JADE (Joint Assistant for Deployment Execution) is a program designed to operate within Global Command and Control Systems being developed by GTE/BBN Technologies under contract with Air Force Research Lab and the Defense Advance Research Project Agency (DARPA).

JADE is "...designed to reduce the time required for building a Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) package, which presently takes days or weeks, down to approximately one hour". Under the Prodigy component of JADE is "domain theory", which sounds like an input capability for the system to rapidly develop possible results for desired scenarios of input: "A domain theory is composed of a hierarchy of object classes and a suite of operators and inference rules that change the state of the objects." Therefore, particularly disturbing is the Operation JADE HELM 15 logo and motto connection of "Mastering the Human Domain".

With the massive military equipment movement across the country, the logistics component is already in place. In recalling Desert Storm and other such military events it took a considerable amount of time and effort to transport and place military equipment prior to initiating any response with boots on the ground. Military equipment movement is akin to a calling card.

It appears the powers that be, aided by MSM, are saying: "Some ISIS have entered the U.S. through our porous borders (recall what NAFBPO is telling us). We also have ISIS elements living amongst our citizens (6 MN men charged with trying to join ISIS in Syria...think about the Mall of America). Therefore, in order to  provide protection we'll need more data, including biometrics, from everyone. So, best to become accustomed with having military injected into your civilian world because, after all, it's for your own safety and the safety of the U.S.". In other words, we're all considered suspect.

(Note: If ISIS is organizing in Mexico, why aren't the U.S. citizens who're desiring to join up with ISIS going to Mexico instead of Syria? More on the origins of ISIS later.)

Therefore, considering Posse Comitatus, it's reasonable for people in the U.S. to question the U.S. Army's joint endeavors of JADE HELM exercise focus to master the human domain with several agencies which aren't even to be deployed overseas.

Nor does it prohibit the president from using the Army to restore order in extraordinary circumstances — even over the objection of a state governor. What it does is set a high bar for the use of federal troops in a policing role. Apparently, some of those in charge believe the propaganda machine remains effective, and that most people still remain easily duped, unobservant, unconcerned or unaware. The changes appear to be occurring more rapidly though, and none of us should be surprised when our various modes of communication, along with freedom of speech, later become curtailed and finally shut-off. The only media we'll likely see in the future will be MSM and those associated with the propaganda. Based on history and current situations it'd be naive to believe otherwise. There are many reasons to be concerned about Operation JADE HELM 15.

There's an escalating attempt to psychologically program people in the U.S. to accept a military presence and eventually martial law, as evidenced by the de facto state of martial law in Boston following the bombing of the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013, in militarized police forces throughout the U.S., detainee round-up military exercises in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and now by planned infusion of even larger military presence into the populace to occur for eight weeks across the country - coast to coast. The U.S. Army built a fake city at the cost of $96 million for realistic training in suburban areas; it sits on 300 acres and is extremely detailed.

"The 300 acre 'town' includes a five story embassy, a bank, a school, an underground subway and train station, a mosque, a football stadium, and a helicopter landing zone. 

Located in Virginia, the realistic subway station comes complete with subway carriages and the train station has real train carriages. The subway carriages even carry the same logo as the carriages in Washington DC (emphasis added). There are also bridges and several other structures which can be transformed into different scenarios."

Melding military with peace officers:

Even given the public's concern about increasing police brutality and the police state in the U.S., it seems the federal government and Obama are rapidly pushing ahead with plans for federalizing domestic police forces (also see "Obama's 'civilian national security force'").

With escalating distrust of law enforcement in tandem with some police officers who almost gleefully report they're no longer expected "to serve and protect" under SCOTUS ruling, it appears the divisiveness may be exactly the scenario intended as also evidenced by the Baltimore riots and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake telling police to stand down and let rioters loot and vandalize property.

Additionally, MSM helps create and propel further divisiveness through disinformation. FOX News recently posted a fake picture of Baltimore riots (the picture was actually from a riot in Venezuela showing a massive fire and a McDonald's restaurant in the midst of the blaze).

U.S. Army plans for civil disturbances, internment camps, and detainee work forces:

As mentioned above, we have a "government in waiting" with continuity of government plans (COG). The National Program Office (NPO) was established as a shadow government by the Reagan administration. Representative Peter DeFazio (D, Oregon), a member of the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security was denied access to the classified version of COG. [Top Secret Tourism by Harry Helms, 2007, (Bud Travel)].

Along with COG plans, and JADE are U.S. Army's procedures for addressing civil disturbances, and populations deemed necessary for imprisonment through internment or placement into resettlement camps as evidenced by U.S. Army manuals:

• U.S. Army Field Manual (FM) 3-39.40 "Internment and Resettlement Operations, dated February 12, 2010 (pdf 326 pages)
• U.S. Army FM 3-19.15 "Civil Disturbance Operations", dated April 18, 2005 (pdf 256 pages)

Civil disturbance procedures addresses both the continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS). Internment and Resettlement Operations are conducted by military police and addresses "general care and protection" of detainees and U.S. Military prisoners (for internment) and dislocated civilians (for resettlement) due to military or civil conflict, natural or man-made disasters, terrorist activities, to facilitate criminal prosecution, etc.  Collected data and information is to be shared with other agencies, including FBI and law enforcement, "as appropriate".

People placed in such facilities will be processed and maintained through a system which includes, but isn't limited to the following:

• confiscation of personal property (including medications which will be administered by medical personnel; exceptions may be given for emergency medications such as inhalers)
• collection of personal information (including biometric data, medical information, SS numbers, etc.) "Biometrics is the process of recognizing an individual based on measurable anatomical, physiological and behavioral characteristics"...to categorize people as friendly, neutral, unknown, and adversary or hostile. Biometric samples may include finger, face, hand, eye, voice, or DNA prints with or without the individual's knowledge.
• assigning individuals an Internment Serial Number (ISN)
• segregation of juveniles from adults; keeping younger children with mothers
• obtaining human intelligence collection (HUMINT)
• interrogations
• allowing detainee participation in their own adjudication and rehabilitation "destiny"
• utilized in labor forces ("Detainees constitute a significant labor force of skilled and unskilled individuals. These individuals should be employed to the fullest extent possible in work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administration functions for, and maintain the internment facility." pg. 277)
• Agricultural Program: "Detainees will be required to raise vegetables for their use."
• Appendix I "Food Sanitation and Preparation Requirements": "I-62. It is possible that a detainee may bring a domesticated animal into the camp and may then request permission to slaughter the animal."
• Psychological Operations Officers (PSYOPS) will identify malcontents, trained agitators, political leaders, etc., and develop and execute indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes. (pg. 3-16)
• Deadly force will be used on escapees; any escapee progressing beyond the field confinement area (FCF) will be shot.

Presidential Executive Orders:

"The problem of presidential usurpation of legislative power has been with us from the beginning, but it has grown exponentially with the expansion of government in the 20th century. In enacting program after program, Congress has delegated more and more to the executive branch. Thus, Congress has not only failed to check but has actually abetted the expansion of presidential power. And the courts have been all but absent in restraining presidential lawmaking." (CATO.org)

Hoarding will be beneficial if people can shelter in place, and the government doesn't seize property. However, Executive Orders are already a step ahead; all forms of food (including livestock, animal food), energy, transportation (including all vehicles, aircraft and total control of highways, roads, waterways), medications, etc. may be confiscated. Americans may also be seized for work forces under federal supervision. The federal government may seize all health, education, and welfare facilities both public and private.("Godzilla of Executive Orders").

Likewise, the government may confiscate hoards of gold, silver, etc.; they become almost worthless if "illegal" to use. The U.S. government has confiscated gold, gold bullion, gold certificates in the past. Therefore, the U.S. government knows it can easily increase its own supply of gold to offset China, Russia, and other countries' supplies because gold can be confiscated from the U.S. population.

Our U.S. petrodollar will plummet; it's inevitable our debt-based economy will collapse because it was designed to do so. Anyone looking at the information available will know the economy isn't at all stable as MSM wants us to believe. All the more reason for a false flag attack to coincide with collapse of the economy. Security boxes have been raided (and some bank accounts), not only here in the U.S., but reported in other countries as well:

"The highly-organised Easter weekend safety deposit boxes raid at a facility in Hatton Garden, London, demonstrates once again that holding tangible assets outside of the fragile banking system is a risky exercise, if the manner in which those assets are stored is not thoroughly secure and fully insured.

"While many of those who stored valuables in the boxes were jewellers, reports are emerging of how some of the victims had their entire life savings, including cash and bullion, in boxes which they believed to be secure. Many had no insurance partly because they could not afford the extra cost and partly because they were convinced their property was secure in the Hatton Garden facility.

“The robbery was reported on Tuesday but by Friday we had still not been told whether our stuff had been taken” said one jeweller who asked to remain anonymous. “I had £350,000 worth of cash and jewels and I was in a terrible state”. (Safety deposit box heist in London...)

From Zero Hedge: Poland Confiscates Half Of Private Pension Funds to "Cut" Sovereign Debt Load. "While the world was glued to the developments in the Mediterranean in the past week, Poland took a page straight out of Rahm Emanuel's playbook and in order to not let a crisis go to waste, announced quietly that it would transfer to the state - i.e., confiscate - the bulk of assets owned by the country's private pension funds (many of them owned by such foreign firms as PIMCO parent Allianz, AXA, Generali, ING and Aviva), without offering any compensation. In effect, the state just nationalized roughly half of the private sector pension fund assets, although it had a more politically correct name for it: pension overhaul."

Couple the impending economic collapse with the numerous warnings of cyber attacks:

Recall the numerous media announcements of cyber attacks upon banks, businesses (Target), police departments, Sony, and even the White House? The list goes on. We've also received warnings from the government about concerns of future, debilitating cyber attacks closing down the grids, etc. In August 2013 then Secretary of DHS Janet Napolitano warned of a serious cyber attack and pending natural disaster:

"The outgoing Homeland Security Secretary has a warning for her successor: A massive and 'serious' cyber attack on the U.S. homeland is coming, and a natural disaster - the likes of which the nation has never seen - is also likely on its way."

The Origins of ISIS:

The U.S. created ISIS; it destroyed Iraq when it created war, engaged in torture, splintered the country and its infrastructure creating a power vacuum, and then began arming violent jihadists.

The Islamic State began in 2006 as a small insurgent group unable to make a foothold to gain power in a splintered Iraq - so it shifted focus and went into Syria in 2009. The CIA started covertly funding weapons into Syria for the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

Since 2013, through weapons, training by U.S. and Coalition forces, and money FSA rebels became powerful. The Islamic State emerged gaining more ground with continued funneling of weapons from FSA and seizing U.S. military equipment left behind in Iraq. With initial U.S. and Coalition forces support ISIS is now said to make $2 million per day selling oil, mostly to Turkey, while it undercuts oil prices by blowing up oil fields in Syria.
