St. Louis Prosecutor Says She Will No Longer Accept Cases From 28 City Police Officers

"August 30, 2018 ... St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner will no longer accept criminal cases from 28 city police officers and is reviewing their open cases for 'viability'.

Gardner delivered the 'exclusion list' to the police department and in a written statement said, in part, that prosecutors have '...the responsibility to protect the integrity of the criminal justice system...and the credibility of the police is one of the most important attributes of the job...A police officer's word, and the complete veracity of that word, is fundamentally necessary to doing the job. Therefore, any break in trust must be approached with deep concern."

Gardner's predecessor, Jennifer Joyce, similarly refused to take cases from officers when their credibility was in question. Other prosecutors, Brendan Kelly and Bob Haida have also done the same for police actions including but not limited to: botched investigations, mishandling of evidence, reckless use of firearms and criminal conduct.  (Article linked here.)

"Attorney General Janet Mills said she’s concerned with the dramatic rise in the number of people shot to death by Maine law enforcement officers this year but is satisfied with the standards her office uses in deciding whether fatal force was 'justified.'Twice as many people have been fatally shot by Maine police so far this year as in all of 2016 and 2015 combined. The attorney general’s office since 1990 has been in charge of investigating such cases and has never found a shooting unjustified."

Unless now censored, YouTube is and has been replete with videos of police brutality and harassment, and to deny this type of brutality and police action occurs is to deny truth. This does not mean all law enforcement officers are engaged in such actions. After watching several videos it becomes apparent the ubiquitous use by some law enforcement officers of such phrases as: "stop resisting", "he's going for my gun" even when apparent no such behaviors are exhibited by the alleged perpetrator(s). Kudos to all citizens willing to video document and show these police incidents and how LEO in their areas engage the public.

We cannot hope for change without citizens' awareness, documentation, willingness and courage to speak.

In the microcosm, even small communities such as Brunswick, Maine are no different than Kimberly Gardner's St. Louis. It appears several law enforcement officers, including Chief Rizzo (see previous posts), are well-aware of police fraud and corruption. Could it be these actions remain unaddressed for the simple reason any/all such involved LEOs' cases would require review for "viability" and cause chaos to Maine's judicial system? Time for transparency to be more than just a word.

And it'll take more prosecutors like Kimberly Gardner, Jennifer Joyce, Brendan Kelly, Bob Haida and law enforcement officers stepping up to the plate to clean up this swamp. Much appreciation to Kimberly Gardner and those with the integrity and courage to do so.

Warnings of Severe Space Weather As Nibiru Advances

Recently, the UK government issued warning of impending and progressing severe space weather (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills). The UK is identifying future priorities and attempting to adequately prepare for the risks and possible consequences of severe space weather (which includes EMP, electro-magnetic pulse). Plans include having back-up systems ready where possible, and governmental agencies prepared to counter devastating effects upon the technologies and infrastructure modern day lives depend upon.

The UK's warning is essentially applicable to everyone because space weather impacts all life on planet Earth.

Space weather occurs as the result of the Sun's activities and includes:

Solar flares, solar energetic particles, and coronal mass ejections (CMEs).

Published on July 28, 2015, Version 2.1 "Space Weather Preparedness Strategy" (pdf here); page 7/40:

"i. Solar flares produce intense Ultraviolet and X-Rays that reach the UK within minutes; these cause disruptions to High Frequency (HF) communications, particularly affecting trans-oceanic aviation routes during daytime hours.

ii. Solar energetic particles reach the Earth in less than an hour. These lead to radiation storms that cause: increased exposure to radiation for passengers and aircrew in flight, particularly at high altitude on polar routes faults in electronic systems at aviation altitudes; systems faults and damage to satellites and disruption to HF communications at high latitudes, particularly affecting trans-polar aviation routes.

iii. Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) are explosive eruptions on the sun, which cause large parts of the corona (the Sun’s atmosphere) to blast away. This solar phenomenon is the most concerning element of severe space weather as it has the potential to cause the most severe impacts. CMEs travel much more slowly than radiation from solar flares and solar energetic particles, arriving at Earth between one and four days after being ejected by the sun. Generally, the faster they travel, the greater the magnitude of any impacts. CMEs can cause power outages; disruption of satellite operations and telecommunications services including Global Navigation Satellite Systems." (Ibid)

Severe space weather impacts:  The UK publication lists thirteen areas of infrastructure impact (the U.S. identifies eighteen, with an additional seventeen areas of infrastructure dependent upon electricity):  communications, emergency services, energy, financial services, food, government, health, transport, water, civil nuclear, defense, space, chemicals. And the publication further makes clear the concerns of high risk for significant loss of lives and casualties, and vulnerabilities impacting "national security, national defence, and functioning of the state". However, like the UK publication, NASA, also would prefer us to believe severe space weather is solely attributed to the Solar Maximum or Solar Max. Nibiru's arrival isn't mentioned, yet NASA is aware of both Planet X/Nibiru's approach and effects on Earth as well as other planets in our solar system (NASA knows about Nibiru).

NASA's theory is the Sun repeats cyclical, predictable periods of waning activity climaxing into increased activity before weakening again. During a solar maximum of increased sun activity large numbers of sunspots are observed, and the sun's irradiance output grows by about 0.07% (Wikipedia).

Solar maximums cycle on average 11 years, but may vary from 9 to 14 years, between weakest to strongest levels of Sun activity. NASA stated there was a solar maximum in 2000 and declared the subsequent solar maximum had occurred again in 2014.

Some at Wikipedia appear inclined to believe the solar maximum theory "too technical" for some, and thus beyond general comprehension as evidenced by Wikipedia's disclaimer to their posting:

When comments have been made that an EMP event could send the U.S. back into the 1800's way of living, it wasn't a joke nor exaggeration. Our modern day lifestyles are heavily dependent upon electricity and electronic systems. With that said, the following are some thoughts about the implications of space weather, and a severe EMP event (besides the effects on national security): Negative effects on all Earth life forms:  "We know that increased exposure to UV-B radiation has specific effects on human health, crops, terrestrial ecosystems, aquatic ecosystems, and biogeochemical cycles." (Earth Observatory - NASA) intense ultra-violet rays and x-rays negatively effect humans - skin cancer, cataracts, suppressed immune systems; people with light colored eyes may have an increased risk of certain eye diseases tied to UV exposure, including eye cancer an even greater risk of damage to eyes and skin for those at higher altitudes (UV radiation) Negative effects on growing crops:   "Overexposure to UV-B reduces size, productivity, and quality in many of the crop plant species that have been studied (among them, many varieties of rice, soybeans, winter wheat, cotton, and corn). Similarly, overexposure to UV-B impairs the productivity of phytoplankton in aquatic ecosystems. UV-B increases plants’ susceptibility to disease." (Ibid) potential increase in plane crashes due to damaged aviation electronics widespread and prolonged power outages which could last a year or more; some say we'd never be able to fully recover our power grids (the U.S. has approximately 2,000 to 3,000 transformers nationwide; replacements number only around 5%, the transformers are enormous and difficult to transport, and not produced in the U.S.; see You Tube "Could EMP attack send America Back to 'Dark Ages'? Part 1 here, and Part 2 here) most cars, trucks, and farming equipment cease to operate (about 50% of our food in the U.S. is grown by only about 2% of the farms, most of our products are transported by trucks and only about 3 days worth of food is available in stores for the local population) electronic communications and navigation systems no longer working - solid state systems remain intact (therefore learn now; resources available for learning after the fact are severely limited, including learning about making a Faraday Box for protecting electronics, and how to EMP-proof your car) unprotected individual electronic equipment (i.e. cell phones, computers, computer tablets, Kindles, Nooks, etc.) no longer work electronic banking systems, credit cards, debit cards no longer work hospitals will be operating on generator power; for how long? And when will they start running out of medications and supplies? Will hospital employees still go to work after an EMP event? crippled or defunct postal system/services damage to most water procurement systems, wells; severely limiting majority of population access to clean water no waste pumping, no garbage collections Warnings for severe space weather is limited; 15-30 minutes or perhaps a few days to issue a warning, at best, after a CME is observed and before it impacts Earth (pages 11-12, pdf linked above). Therefore, it's likely the majority of people will not know ahead of time to make any kind of preparations. "...Cyber event inevitable...and unprecedented natural disaster": In light of the UK government's report, it seems highly probable former head of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and attorney Janet Napolitano was referring to the severe space weather as the reason for a cyber event: "Our country will, at some point, face a major cyber event that will have a serious effect on our lives, our economy and the everyday functioning of our society," said Napolitano ("Napolitano warns large-scale cyber attack on U.S. is inevitable"). Noticeably, various MSM and alternative news sources report Napolitano saying "cyber attack", however, the majority of sources are quoting "cyber event".

One observation about some lawyers is their attention to "wordsmithing" (a term used by one attorney regarding his actions and attention to words and verbal statements). Lawyers usually pick their words carefully; "will" is not the same as "may"; therefore, it's reasonable to say Napolitano's use of "cyber event" isn't necessarily the same as those saying "cyber attack". In other words, cyber event and cyber attack are not necessarily synonymous; same results, but different means.

Seems Napolitano wasn't referring to incidents such as the recent cyber attacks for which the Russians may or may not be responsible for either. And it's difficult now to believe most of the news emanating from MSM given the fact only 6 corporations are controlling all MSM, coupled with MSM's seemingly lack of association with the truth. None of the reported cyber attacks or events thus far have yet to "serious(ly) effect...our lives, our economy and the everyday functioning of our society..." on the scale Napolitano seems to refer to.

Like Napolitano or not, she gave the public warning approximately 2 years ago, while Obama waits. In the interim, MSM still does a bang-up job making sure the majority of the public pays no heed because distractions are provided aplenty - we are continually bombarded with MSM distractions and disinformation.

Recently, as JADE HELM 15 exercises began, the U.S. has been experiencing random, wide-spread cell phone and internet outages (some reports are fiber-optic lines have been vandalized). However, there is a possibility some of these wide-spread outages are due to space weather impacting our satellites.

Yet, MSM remained silent on the aforementioned outages, and also doesn't regularly monitor and report space weather (expected to become severe), ground radiation levels, etc. to the public. It's business as usual. 

Still, the self-initiated can seek out sources and information on the Web - but only for as long as the communications systems remain intact.

FEMA Warns of Massive Natural Disaster - Nibiru, The Bigger Picture

Recently, Mainstream Media (MSM) has been highlighting U.S. agency FEMA's warnings to the public about an impending massive earthquake poised for the Pacific Northwest along the "Cascadia subduction zone, (which) runs for seven hundred miles off the coast of the Pacific Northwest, beginning near Cape Mendocino, California, continuing along Oregon and Washington, and terminating around Vancouver Island, Canada." (Ibid) The Juan De Fuca plate meets the Cascadia subduction zone causing pressure; the movement of the two is expected to result in massive earthquakes, loss of up to 10,000 lives and tremendous destruction.

An earthquake of that magnitude in the Pacific Northwest will also bring tsunamis westward towards Japan...

Interestingly, several individuals reporting in alternative news have been voicing concerns about many issues, including the Juan De Fuca plate, the eruption of the undersea volcano off the coast of Oregon in May, and The New Madrid Fault  (more on that below).

Further, news in the same area of massive animal die-offs (including sea lions, pelicans, and dolphins), a reported 2 to 7-degree (Fahrenheit) increase of the ocean's temperature, a "warm blob", and severe Pacific Ocean algal bloom running all the way from Santa Barbara, California to the coast of Alaska has yet to be connected by scientists and MSM with undersea volcano eruption activities.

"Scientist believe there are over a million hydrothermal vents in the deep ocean and now they are discovering more and more volcanoes... Some extinct (no doubt) but others are probably doing their thing in the deep dark depts (sic). How many heat sources would it take to warm an ocean..." Ultimately, Nibiru is, and will be the cause of much destruction. Admittedly, humans have continually caused much harm to both Earth and its inhabitants - chemtrails, Fukishima, and never-ending wars adding to the list. However, as The Destroyer (Nibiru) proceeds closer to Earth, its magnetic pull and impact multiplies exponentially, resulting in increase and severity of earth changes, extreme weather, wreaking havoc with the magnetosphere for which the totality of harmful human activity pales in comparison.

Scientists have recorded other planets in our solar system affected by Nibiru, and Earth is no different. Nibiru is a known and returning planet...but it has yet to be acknowledged simply because the global elite don't want us to know about Nibiru - not just yet; they still have plans to carry out before going underground to hide.

Instead, we're hearing the reason for the certainty of massive earthquakes in the Pacific Northwest is because it's long overdue. Regarding the warm blob, algal bloom, and massive animal die-offs scientists say they need more research. Yet more research data is being denied now for independent scientists by the U.S. government due to an excuse of national security threat:

"In a recent speech, President Obama proclaimed that climate change 'constitutes a serious threat to global security (and), an immediate risk to our national security,' and warned that it actually could exacerbate other menaces, such as terrorism and political instability."

"Investigative magazine Mother Jones broke the story last week that the intelligence agency is shutting down the Measurements of Earth Data for Environmental Analysis program. MEDEA allowed a select group of scientists access to classified information about climate change. Mother Jones said that the data included not only satellite observations, but also ocean temperature and tidal readings gathered by U.S. Navy submarines." Because of this turn-around by the U.S. government, and totality of actions, it's reasonable to say President Obama appears to have something to hide. However, it won't be long before the populace starts seeing Nibiru. Likely, Obama will explain Nibiru's presence only after hiding from the populace. Something like this would be difficult to explain by saying "we didn't know".


 

No longer will an infrared telescope be needed to see what's nearby and sneaking upon us...

We'll see increasing numbers of fireballs...asteroids ahead of Nibiru, and after it leaves...wonder about Nibiru's moons...

Wonder what affect Nibiru will have on our moon...and all our space junk. Will all the space junk be taken with Nibiru? ...Or go crashing into Earth?...

Obama, FEMA, et al. are hiding information about The New Madrid Fault:

John L. Casey, President, Space and Science Research Corporation and CEO, International Earthquake and Volcano Prediction Center sent a letter to FEMA (Mr. Craig Fugate, Administrator) dated June 5, 2015; reads in part:

FEMA Earthquake Impact Assessment

"Subject: Increased Threat of Major Earthquakes and Volcanic Eruptions in the United States...Our research, to be published in our June 10, 2015 Global Status Report (GCSR), suggests the high probability for catastrophic earthquakes or volcanic eruptions in all the major seismic and volcano regions of the United States has increased significantly. We believe the USA and the world, has now entered the most dangerous period for catastrophic earthquakes and volcanic eruptions (emphasis added) in over two hundred years. In fact, a new trend of increased number and intensity of earthquakes and volcanoes globally, has already started and is generating serious concern in the geology field..."


The New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ) particularly is listed as an area of high concern and falls within the region as seen in FEMA Earthquake Impact Assessment map above.

Therefore, keeping the above in mind, the fact information is being withheld from the public vital to creating their own plans for safety and well-being, along with John Moore's (Nibiru Update - John Moore - Nibiru's Connection With JADE HELM 15) caveat about "chatter", the following is a Q-alert message for discernment:

The FEMA team revealed:

-There is going to be an 'Event' within the next 6 months.

-The 'Event' will be so catastrophic it will have a severe effect on our fragile
economic infrastructure, so an interm (sic) bank holiday will be declared.

-Social unrest and violence is expected due to the stores being emptied
of food and other supplies, early after the event. So martial law is expected
to be declared.

-The 'Event' is expected to make normal governing of the country extremely
difficult if not impossible, so FEMA will be assuming continuity of government.

-All involved and support personnel are required to maintain a supply of cash
at home for emergencies, and a minimum of three days of food and water for each member of their families. This is not to get them through disaster, but to tide them over until FEMA can establish their Aid Camps.

Those are the major highlights. I asked my friend if he was aware of Jade Helm, he wasn't! Which I found interesting as he is both in Law enforcement, and in a Jade Helm state. When I briefly described Jade Helm 2015 to him... well its obvious there is more going on here than we know.

JADE HELM 15 - No Media Allowed

JADE HELM 15 exercises begin July 15th - and the military will not allow any media coverage (Stars and Stripes).

Perhaps one reason for not allowing media coverage of JADE HELM 15 is the Pentagon's new instructions: "The Law in War", (pdf here). Journalists may be considered possible terrorists now; "unprivileged belligerents" who may be shot, and a new term and ideology used to replace "enemy combatant" (see Zero Hedge article).

By not allowing embedded journalists, the military and Obama Administration have taken even further steps to control the news and continue with propaganda. They can print whatever they want.

Former CBS investigative reporter, Sharyl Attkisson (Emmy Award winner for investigative reports on Congress, "Follow The Money", etc.; see Attkisson's website and bio, and New York Times Bestselling author of Stonewalled), has filed a $35 million lawsuit against the Department of Justice and the Obama Administration:

 "Former CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson has sued the Justice Department over the hacking of her computers, officially accusing the Obama administration of illegal surveillance while she was reporting on administration scandals.

In a series of legal filings that seek $35 million in damages, Attkisson alleges that three separate computer forensic exams showed that hackers used sophisticated methods to surreptitiously monitor her work between 2011 and 2013.

'I just think it’s important to send a message that people shouldn’t be victimized and throw up their hands and think there’s nothing they can do and they’re powerless,' Attkisson said in an interview." (Investment Watch article; also see USA Today article).
 

But JADE HELM 15 is a military exercise, albeit not typical, and this isn't a war. Does this mean Mainstream Media (MSM) will be timid and not even show up on public land where some of these military exercises take place? It's fact MSM hasn't been providing reports of the movements of military vehicles and equipment throughout the U.S.A., including various UN military vehicles and UN troops.

UN troops typically wear blue helmets; however, green helmets may be seen instead ("The Green Helmets: The UN's Environmental Troops"). UN Environmental troops act under the guise of protecting sovereign nations' resources. Those resources, now called global resources, are to be UN-protected from a variety of disasters including natural (i.e. rising ocean levels and other disasters created by the manufactured Global Warming/Climate Change  - soon to lead into Climate Chaos).

Nibiru's increasing impact on Earth has yet to be acknowledged by the UN, Obama, and even Pope Francis. The UN now has even further reach into numerous countries, and the UN and its troops are here in the U.S.A. - without the consent of citizens through Congressional Representatives. Congress has become useless appendages; a facade and of little benefit to the American people. 

MSM may or may not be reporting, however, the military's decision to not allow media won't stop citizens from reporting on JADE HELM 15 exercises on the public's land, as long as the current communications systems remain in place.

If people want to know what news MSM isn't reporting, they'll have to dig outside the confines and controls of MSM "news" (increasingly becoming labeled as akin to "junk food" news and mind control).

The CJH website states it isn't affiliated with the JADE HELM 15 military exercise nor is the group attempting to, or requesting people to interfere with the exercise. CJH's stated purpose is presented as a training opportunity "to practice counter-insurgency, organizational and intelligence gathering and reporting skills".

The CJH website has been created by a business called "DefTech Academy" (Defense Techniques Academy) based in Arizona and "founded on the principle that anyone can learn new skills." Here's more information from their DefTech Academy site:

CJH has a number of members seen listed on the right side of the web's pages when they're logged in, however, it's my understanding anyone can submit reports, observations, and images to the site which the team reviews before publishing under "Add a Public SALUTE Report". The public can also access reports listed by State (also from the bar at the top of the site).

Under "Tools and Resources" CJH has provided a comprehensive list of Military Vehicle ID Charts, including the MRAP family of vehicles to help participants identify the various military vehicles the majority of us in the U.S.A. are unaccustomed to observing on civilian properties.

Bottom line - if the public wants to know more about the activities of JADE HELM 15 in full swing they'll have to get outside of MSM in order to find information. CJH is just one site which may be helpful for getting JADE HELM 15 news.

A closer look at The Guardian's report:

Back to yesterday's July 13th article linked above in The Guardian. Here's a short excerpt of the report and specific indicator of slant to their story:

"In this hysterical climate – and given a lack of detail from the army – outlandish claims have proliferated. Weeks after production of Texas’ favourite ice cream, Blue Bell, was halted by a listeria outbreak, internet rumours began circulating that the army was using, or will use, the company’s refrigerated trucks to transport dead bodies."

When keeping in mind Sharyl Attkisson's presentation (video) about astroturfing and words typically used to manipulate and confuse people, these above highlighted words become flags and leads to the simple question: Why?

It's not only the words like "hysterical", "outlandish", "proliferated", "rumours" which catch attention, but also the big question "Why?" remains unanswered. And here are some thoughts for discernment:

1. The majority of us here in the U.S.A. have never seen (a) such large numbers of military vehicles, equipment, and troops being transported across the country, (b) nor have we seen the same regarding the transportation of UN military vehicles and troops, (c) we've not witnessed a military exercise on the scale of JADE HELM 15 to occur predominantly upon public lands (the military has its own bases), (d) the stifling of media to report on JADE HELM 15 exercises, (e) and violation of Posse Comitatus.

2. Given the above then, it seems a "concerned" population is instead being labeled as "hysterical" in order to dismiss valid concerns - yet what's observed is not typical.

3. Further given the above, the fact the State of Texas' historical Alamo National Park became a World Heritage Site falling under the UN and UNESCO on July 5, 2015 - just over a week before JADE HELM 15 exercises are to start comes into question. Apparently, 4,500 acres surrounding the site became "protected" because of its World Heritage Site assignment. Therefore, land may be taken from, or certain uses prohibited by the property owners and is tantamount to theft.

4. John Moore's previously been mentioned in postings. In reviewing Mr. Moore's background, material, including video presentation "Global Warming - What the Government Isn't Telling You" (video here), he is a credible source and his experiences are worth merit.

One of the statements by Mr. Moore is that as a 19-year old in Vietnam he'd heard chatter which later he learned was meaningful only after the Tet Offensive occurred. Mr. Moore pays attention to chatter. The FBI also talks about hearing or receiving "chatter" about terrorism/terrorists. If we are to take the government's concerns, given its dubious history, as valid about "chatter", then why is it deemed "rumours" when U.S.A.'s citizens have provided reports and documented observations which the government and MSM still fails to report?

The Guardian doesn't write that people in the U.S. are concerned because Blue Bell's refrigerated trucks were seen in military convoys; as part of the transporting of military vehicles across parts of the U.S. soon after shutting down operations. People want to know what services Blue Bell company's providing to the U.S. military; did they really have listeria in their product or was it a ruse in order to begin a new contract working for the U.S. Government? U.S. citizens are more concerned with the why rather than simply missing out on their "favourite" ice cream. Linked with the following information, which several are aware of, it seems The Guardian found it easier, instead, to dismiss valid concerns by calling them rumors which is indicative of manipulation.

Here are additional and difficult to ignore facts:  Deagel's report (Countries' Forecasts) the U.S.A.'s population is predicted to decrease from approximately 319 million down to about 65 million by 2025 (several other countries are listed for alarming population decreases as well), coupled with large purchases by FEMA and DHS of ammunition, MRE meals, water, coffins, bullet-proof stations, body bags, etc. Lloyd's of London as well as the U.S.'s Department of Defense (DoD) recent reports are that future climate catastrophes and subsequent severe food shortages and famines are expected. Writer, Jim Linduff (article), retired law enforcement officer, made note of the FEMA and DHS purchases and came to the following conclusions:

"This information suggests that at some point in our future, something unpleasant is planned, and the government fears the people of our country will rise up in protest. They may also be preparing for a possible domestic insurrection. Whatever it is, it will not be popular with the public.

The FEMA purchases of food, body bags, blankets, and pre-packaged meals hints that some type of mass population displacement that seems to be anticipated, and large amounts of people who are deceased, in need of housing, food, water, and comfort.

We do know that the combined purchases of 1 billion dollars of food, blankets, body bags, and pre-packaged meals by FEMA, coupled with the purchases of 5,217 armored vehicles and large amounts of ammunition DHS itself, tells us that someone within the DHS management structure believes something terrible is going to happen and they are actively planning for it, procuring for it, and receiving assets that are designated for whatever it is. That tells me something is going to happen down the road, and people know it.

When this event will happen, I have no idea. But the government seems to believe it’s imminent, or they wouldn’t be engaged in such large scale purchases at such a frantic pace."

Anyone underestimating the ruthlessness of those making the decisions, and power of any modernized military forces in this world are clearly mistaken. We will be witness to exceedingly unimaginable events.
