When looking at the map from leaked JADE HELM 15 documents, the particular area labeled "Insurgent Pocket" in southern California becomes a little clearer in meaning after reading Dave Hodges' article (linked above).
The majority of Americans should already be aware of reported gang activities in the U.S.; and the gang name MS-13, and Mexican drug cartels Los Zetas and Sinaloas also should sound familiar to most.
Barrio 18 has received less mainstream media (MSM) reporting, however, it's been in existence since around the 1960s and reported at around 35,000 members throughout Central America, Canada, and the U.S. Likewise, MS-13 members are operating throughout the U.S., too; some Brunswick citizens may be surprised it includes their town. No place has been out of reach. MS-13 has the dubious distinction of being the hit-men and child sex-traffickers for the drug cartels. What had been previously reported as a single ISIS entity has now blossomed into an enormous, capable, brutal, and highly destructive force - aided, encouraged, trained, and financially supported by our own governmental agencies.
How can we stop this false flag operation?

Dave Hodges has been able to connect the dots. An impending false flag has been expected by many, but exactly how that was to come about remained elusive. Until now. Hodges' article is lengthy, but it's imperative to understand the information given and the implications.

First of all, housekeeping news. When signing in, Google Blogger notified me that European Zone laws required a notice attached to the blog site about any cookies. An internet cookie is:

In short, these cookies are from web server Google. As a blogger, I see generalized information provided by Google in the Overview category, which shows the country of access, numbers visiting the blog site and which browser and system were used (i.e. Google, Bing, Firefox, etc. and system such as Windows, Android,I Pad, etc.). Google doesn't provide me with any information about individual users nor e-mail addresses for those signing up as e-mail followers; that's basically information they gather and cache whenever someone visits this blog, or any other blog site using Google's Blogger.
As previously mentioned (Disappearing Obama & the Ads) I've not signed up for AdSense nor any other advertisements in order to get money. Therefore, no advertisements should be showing up in my blog postings. If advertisements creep in it's because someone else, likely Google, put them in without consent. Supposedly, Google has added cookie notification for the European zones; however, I'm not seeing it when accessing the blog site and template through my sign-in.
Pre-Crime - We Know You
That said, when looking at the definition as above "...The main purpose of a cookie is to identify users and possibly prepare
customized Web pages or to save site login information for you..." the key words are "main purpose", "identify users", "and possibly" individualize the web pages for a user and save site login. In other words, Google is tracking users; their actual use of information and purpose for acquiring the data is anyone's guess.
Keeping in mind what we've learned from Edward Snowden and other NSA whistleblowers, it'd be naive to believe much of the large internet data collection isn't cached, sold, or used in some manner. Similarly, Facebook operates by using cookies, and tracking users, sites visited, shared, etc. (see security watch.pcmag article, and Ars Technica article for a couple of examples. There's a sinister side of massive, and/or secretive information gathering and uses; logorithms can be created for predictive models and subsequent actions, whether by humans and/or Artificial Intelligence (A.I.).
All that voluminous information gleaned from the internet and other methods, including voice recognition, and biometric data dovetails into efforts to manipulate and control people, which also involves the U.S.A.'s military Operation JADE HELM 15:

Remember the connection between JADE HELM 15 and Planet X/Nibiru (John Moore):
We're seeing increasing earth changes associated with Nibiru's approach closer to Earth. Recent earthquake warnings for the Pacific Northwest's Cascadian subduction plate and California's San Andreas Fault have received some attention by mainstream media (MSM).
On the heels of the aforementioned warnings, most of MSM reported the 6.9 earthquake in Alaska's Aleutian Islands this past Sunday. Usually an earthquake of such magnitude provides an indication of other large earthquakes to follow. YouTube's Dutchsinse provides technical and predictive information on earthquakes and volcanic activities around the globe (Dutchsinse Channel here). In regards to earthquakes, it behooves us to understand the bigger picture - earthquakes can and will occur in areas other than those in MSM's current focus as evidenced by the following:
Another issue not on MSM's radar are the number of nuclear power plants operating in the U.S.A. and the potential for even greater devastating events when these massive earthquake events occur. It seems logical that as Nibiru approaches we should see more nuclear power plants shutting down. We'll also hear of more elite leaving or "moving" (keep in mind Queen Elizabeth's palace renovations to take place, and the Vatican moving it's library - New York Times article).
Do you have plans in place in case of a natural disaster? The trucking and usual transportation modes will come to a halt. Don't be caught blind-sided.
Other signs: MSM's focus yesterday was to report hundreds of thousands of sockeye salmon deaths in the Columbia River of the Pacific North West's states of Washington and Oregon. A witness reported numbers of salmon with lesions, and increasing sturgeon deaths - the bottom feeders. The Pacific West has lost massive numbers of other marine animals - numerous fish, crabs, oysters, krill, whales, dolphins, sea lions, birds, etc. Yet, these massive animal die-offs are also occurring around the globe, and MSM isn't giving citizens the reports.
It's important to realize that human beings are on the "food chain" as well; albeit on top. Being omnivores, we're depending on bees to pollinate our crops, but they're also dying off in massive numbers. Extreme, unimaginable food shortages are predicted in our future.
Harmful Algal Blooms are increasing globally as well as volcanic activity (USGS - elevated volcanic activity levels). There's a warming of the ocean in the Pacific called "The Blob" increasing in size, too. Instead of connecting all events (sinkholes, earth sounds, changes in magnetosphere, too) scientists continue to report more studies are needed (Harmful Algal Blooms) and human activities are solely to blame.
The government ceased providing information to scientists about earth changes it had previously provided claiming it was a national security concern.
Not buying it. The games are still being played out. Even the Iran Nuclear deal is a ruse; it now gives Israel an excuse to bomb the hell out of Iran because it feels endangered (Carter tries to reassure Israel on Iran nuclear deal).
So, this is where Operation JADE HELM 15 plays a part; logically, how would the U.S.A. government begin to control a population of approximately 319 million once the devastation occurs and food, medication, water, etc. is not at hand?
If the government cannot even manage the consequences of a natural disaster and needs of the people after Hurricane Katrina (police officers murdered people in New Orleans, and some of the U.S. military violated citizen's 2nd Amendment right to bear arms) it will be completely defeated and defunct when the projected mass rioting and mayhem occurs across the nation.
The logistics are now in place with the military equipment, troops, including U.N. troops. One obvious question is - why would U.N. troops want to be in a foreign land when their own homelands will be suffering, too; and their families in need of aid and protection? Apparently, like the majority of Americans, it seems these U.N. troops also have no idea about Nibiru's approach and what will occur.
MSM, however, still does its best to keep us distracted. Lately, besides Caitlyn Jenner, distractions include Donald Trump, aka "The Donald".
Considering Nibiru's likely timeline of approach, I wonder how citizens will react when they hear the 2016 Presidential vote has been postponed because of an impending natural disaster ("...A massive and serious cyber-attack on the U.S. homeland is coming,
and a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen —
is also likely on its way." Former DHS secretary Janet Napolitano)... and Obama remains in office in the meantime.
NASA is definitely aware of Nibiru's approach. As evidenced by the following YouTube video clip by BPEarthwatch, NASA documents show the purposeful searching and tracking of Planet X/Nibiru along with the money spent to support the programs. They've known for a long time now; the people have been duped.

Recently, Mainstream Media (MSM) has been highlighting U.S. agency FEMA's warnings to the public about an impending massive earthquake poised for the Pacific Northwest along the "Cascadia subduction zone, (which) runs for seven hundred miles off the coast
of the Pacific Northwest, beginning near Cape Mendocino, California,
continuing along Oregon and Washington, and terminating around Vancouver
Island, Canada." (Ibid)The Juan De Fuca plate meets the Cascadia subduction zone causing pressure; the movement of the two is expected to result in massive earthquakes, loss of up to 10,000 lives and tremendous destruction.

An earthquake of that magnitude in the Pacific Northwest will also bring tsunamis westward towards Japan...
Interestingly, several individuals reporting in alternative news have been voicing concerns about many issues, including the Juan De Fuca plate, the eruption of the undersea volcano off the coast of Oregon in May, and The New Madrid Fault (more on that below).
Further, news in the same area of massive animal die-offs (including sea lions, pelicans, and dolphins), a reported 2 to 7-degree (Fahrenheit) increase of the ocean's temperature, a "warm blob", and severe Pacific Ocean algal bloom running all the way from Santa Barbara, California to the coast of Alaska has yet to be connected by scientists and MSM with undersea volcano eruption activities.

Ultimately, Nibiru is, and will be the cause of much destruction. Admittedly, humans have continually caused much harm to both Earth and its inhabitants - chemtrails, Fukishima, and never-ending wars adding to the list. However, as The Destroyer (Nibiru) proceeds closer to Earth, its magnetic pull and impact multiplies exponentially, resulting in increase and severity of earth changes, extreme weather, wreaking havoc with the magnetosphere for which the totality of harmful human activity pales in comparison.
Scientists have recorded other planets in our solar system affected by Nibiru, and Earth is no different. Nibiru is a known and returning planet...but it has yet to be acknowledged simply because the global elite don't want us to know about Nibiru - not just yet; they still have plans to carry out before going underground to hide.
Instead, we're hearing the reason for the certainty of massive earthquakes in the Pacific Northwest is because it's long overdue. Regarding the warm blob, algal bloom, and massive animal die-offs scientists say they need more research. Yet more research data is being denied now for independent scientists by the U.S. government due to an excuse of national security threat:

Because of this turn-around by the U.S. government, and totality of actions, it's reasonable to say President Obama appears to have something to hide. However, it won't be long before the populace starts seeing Nibiru. Likely, Obama will explain Nibiru's presence only after hiding from the populace. Something like this would be difficult to explain by saying "we didn't know".
No longer will an infrared telescope be needed to see what's nearby and sneaking upon us...
We'll see increasing numbers of fireballs...asteroids ahead of Nibiru, and after it leaves...wonder about Nibiru's moons...
Wonder what affect Nibiru will have on our moon...and all our space junk. Will all the space junk be taken with Nibiru? ...Or go crashing into Earth?...

The New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ) particularly is listed as an area of high concern and falls within the region as seen in FEMA Earthquake Impact Assessment map above.

Those are the major highlights. I asked my friend if he was aware of Jade Helm, he wasn't! Which I found interesting as he is both in Law enforcement, and in a Jade Helm state. When I briefly described Jade Helm 2015 to him... well its obvious there is more going on here than we know.

JADE HELM 15 exercises begin July 15th - and the military will not allow any media coverage (Stars and Stripes).
Perhaps one reason for not allowing media coverage of JADE HELM 15 is the Pentagon's new instructions: "The Law in War", (pdf here). Journalists may be considered possible terrorists now; "unprivileged belligerents" who may be shot, and a new term and ideology used to replace "enemy combatant" (see Zero Hedge article).
By not allowing embedded journalists, the military and Obama Administration have taken even further steps to control the news and continue with propaganda. They can print whatever they want.
Former CBS investigative reporter, Sharyl Attkisson (Emmy Award winner for investigative reports on Congress, "Follow The Money", etc.; see Attkisson's website and bio, and New York Times Bestselling author of Stonewalled), has filed a $35 million lawsuit against the Department of Justice and the Obama Administration:

hacking of her computers, officially accusing the Obama administration
of illegal surveillance while she was reporting on administration
scandals.
In a series of legal filings that seek $35 million in damages,

that hackers used sophisticated methods to surreptitiously monitor her
work between 2011 and 2013.
'I just think it’s important to send a message that people shouldn’t

But JADE HELM 15 is a military exercise, albeit not typical, and this isn't a war. Does this mean Mainstream Media (MSM) will be timid and not even show up on public land where some of these military exercises take place? It's fact MSM hasn't been providing reports of the movements of military vehicles and equipment throughout the U.S.A., including various UN military vehicles and UN troops.
UN troops typically wear blue helmets; however, green helmets may be seen instead ("The Green Helmets: The UN's Environmental Troops"). UN Environmental troops act under the guise of protecting sovereign nations' resources. Those resources, now called global resources, are to be UN-protected from a variety of disasters including natural (i.e. rising ocean levels and other disasters created by the manufactured Global Warming/Climate Change - soon to lead into Climate Chaos).
Nibiru's increasing impact on Earth has yet to be acknowledged by the UN, Obama, and even Pope Francis. The UN now has even further reach into numerous countries, and the UN and its troops are here in the U.S.A. - without the consent of citizens through Congressional Representatives. Congress has become useless appendages; a facade and of little benefit to the American people.
MSM may or may not be reporting, however, the military's decision to not allow media won't stop citizens from reporting on JADE HELM 15 exercises on the public's land, as long as the current communications systems remain in place.
If people want to know what news MSM isn't reporting, they'll have to dig outside the confines and controls of MSM "news" (increasingly becoming labeled as akin to "junk food" news and mind control).

The CJH website states it isn't affiliated with the JADE HELM 15 military exercise nor is the group attempting to, or requesting people to interfere with the exercise. CJH's stated purpose is presented as a training opportunity "to practice counter-insurgency, organizational and intelligence gathering and reporting skills".

CJH has a number of members seen listed on the right side of the web's pages when they're logged in, however, it's my understanding anyone can submit reports, observations, and images to the site which the team reviews before publishing under "Add a Public SALUTE Report". The public can also access reports listed by State (also from the bar at the top of the site).
Under "Tools and Resources" CJH has provided a comprehensive list of Military Vehicle ID Charts, including the MRAP family of vehicles to help participants identify the various military vehicles the majority of us in the U.S.A. are unaccustomed to observing on civilian properties.
Bottom line - if the public wants to know more about the activities of JADE HELM 15 in full swing they'll have to get outside of MSM in order to find information. CJH is just one site which may be helpful for getting JADE HELM 15 news.
A closer look at The Guardian's report:
Back to yesterday's July 13th article linked above in The Guardian. Here's a short excerpt of the report and specific indicator of slant to their story:
"In this hysterical climate – and given a lack of detail from the army –

When keeping in mind Sharyl Attkisson's presentation (video) about astroturfing and words typically used to manipulate and confuse people, these above highlighted words become flags and leads to the simple question: Why?
It's not only the words like "hysterical", "outlandish", "proliferated", "rumours" which catch attention, but also the big question "Why?" remains unanswered. And here are some thoughts for discernment:

The majority of us here in the U.S.A. have never seen (a) such large numbers of military vehicles, equipment, and troops being transported across the country, (b) nor have we seen the same regarding the transportation of UN military vehicles and troops, (c) we've not witnessed a military exercise on the scale of JADE HELM 15 to occur predominantly upon public lands (the military has its own bases), (d) the stifling of media to report on JADE HELM 15 exercises, (e) and violation of Posse Comitatus.
2. Given the above then, it seems a "concerned" population is instead being labeled as "hysterical" in order to dismiss valid concerns - yet what's observed is not typical.
3. Further given the above, the fact the State of Texas' historical Alamo National Park became a World Heritage Site falling under the UN and UNESCO on July 5, 2015 - just over a week before JADE HELM 15 exercises are to start comes into question. Apparently, 4,500 acres surrounding the site became "protected" because of its World Heritage Site assignment. Therefore, land may be taken from, or certain uses prohibited by the property owners and is tantamount to theft.
4. John Moore's previously been mentioned in postings. In reviewing Mr. Moore's background, material, including video presentation "Global Warming - What the Government Isn't Telling You" (video here), he is a credible source and his experiences are worth merit.
One of the statements by Mr. Moore is that as a 19-year old in Vietnam he'd heard chatter which later he learned was meaningful only after the Tet Offensive occurred. Mr. Moore pays attention to chatter. The FBI also talks about hearing or receiving "chatter" about terrorism/terrorists. If we are to take the government's concerns, given its dubious history, as valid about "chatter", then why is it deemed "rumours" when U.S.A.'s citizens have provided reports and documented observations which the government and MSM still fails to report?
The Guardian doesn't write that people in the U.S. are concerned because Blue Bell's refrigerated trucks were seen in military convoys; as part of the transporting of military vehicles across parts of the U.S. soon after shutting down operations. People want to know what services Blue Bell company's providing to the U.S. military; did they really have listeria in their product or was it a ruse in order to begin a new contract working for the U.S. Government? U.S. citizens are more concerned with the why rather than simply missing out on their "favourite" ice cream. Linked with the following information, which several are aware of, it seems The Guardian found it easier, instead, to dismiss valid concerns by calling them rumors which is indicative of manipulation.

Here are additional and difficult to ignore facts: Deagel's report (Countries' Forecasts) the U.S.A.'s population is predicted to decrease from approximately 319 million down to about 65 million by 2025 (several other countries are listed for alarming population decreases as well), coupled with large purchases by FEMA and DHS of ammunition, MRE meals, water, coffins, bullet-proof stations, body bags, etc. Lloyd's of London as well as the U.S.'s Department of Defense (DoD) recent reports are that future climate catastrophes and subsequent severe food shortages and famines are expected. Writer, Jim Linduff (article), retired law enforcement officer, made note of the FEMA and DHS purchases and came to the following conclusions:
"This information suggests that at some point in our future, something
unpleasant is planned, and the government fears the people of our
country will rise up in protest. They may also be preparing for a
possible domestic insurrection. Whatever it is, it will not be popular
with the public.
The FEMA purchases of food, body bags, blankets, and pre-packaged meals
hints that some type of mass population displacement that seems to be
anticipated, and large amounts of people who are deceased, in need of
housing, food, water, and comfort.
We do know that the combined purchases of 1 billion dollars of food,
blankets, body bags, and pre-packaged meals by FEMA, coupled with the
purchases of 5,217 armored vehicles and large amounts of ammunition DHS
itself, tells us that someone within the DHS management structure
believes something terrible is going to happen and they are actively
planning for it, procuring for it, and receiving assets that are
designated for whatever it is. That tells me something is going to
happen down the road, and people know it.
When this event will happen, I have no idea. But the government seems
to believe it’s imminent, or they wouldn’t be engaged in such large
scale purchases at such a frantic pace."
Anyone underestimating the ruthlessness of those making the decisions, and power of any modernized military forces in this world are clearly mistaken. We will be witness to exceedingly unimaginable events.

In reviewing past posts some interesting problems are noticeably repeating. First of all, readers shouldn't see any ads in my blog's postings because I've not signed up to use ads in order to get money. That's not my purpose for writing the blog. I've gone back to remove them, and sometimes they'll show up again. I wonder why it's this particular Obama picture, that's getting repeatedly replaced with an ad showing a gnarly-faced old woman or some other inane product or service?
Another issue is when adding links for other articles; it's really quite simple because there's a box to check on the lower left of the "Link" tool to allow for the convenience of opening into another window. It makes it easier for the reader to not leave the posting in order to take a look at the linked web article. However, although these links were successful for numerous past blogs, now it's sporadic. Some of the YouTube video links are disappearing as well; and I've gone back to replace them (namely John Moore, "What the Government Isn't Telling You About Global Warming", and Ben Swann "The Origins of ISIS"). A note in the video's place is usually something about the video being removed because that person's YouTube account was closed. Yet when going back into YouTube site the videos are still there.
Interestingly, these issues were observed to have started when my posts began about JADE HELM 15 and Nibiru.
I apologize for any inconvenience to the readers as I appreciate that several people are finding these posts worth a look.

Whenever information is redacted or withheld it seems reasonable most people will wonder ...what are they trying to hide? Such is the case with Google Sky. For several years searching for particular coordinates related to Nibiru/Planet X, as seen in the image above, in Google Sky have resulted in a black rectangle obliterating images we were not allowed to discover...until recently.

Is this Nibiru? Could be; thing is Google isn't currently providing any explanations and information, nor is NASA or any other U.S. governmental agency including the Obama White House. Therefore, it does bring forth many questions.
Some inane explanations are, without doubt, provided by astroturfers and include saying the black rectangles are simply due to Google Sky (or rather NASA) not having yet researched those areas...or the imaging apparatus broke down for those specific areas and times.
If we review NASA's own explanations (including video presentations on NASA's website) regarding the process of how their orbiting satellites methodically obtain images, then the explanations aren't even plausible. As a matter of fact, they're ridiculous - especially when the image was already reported and shown on YouTube video, which same video was subsequently removed, followed by Google Sky blocking the image with a large black rectangle.
Now you see it, now you don't - and now you're allowed to see it again.
Similarly, many have noticed Google Earth hides terrestrial images, too, usually by blurring them out. Other nations' governments, via their own satellites, can view any image on Earth. So it's just us average Joes who are kept out of the loop.
Given the above, keep in mind Google, Apple, IBM, Amazon, and Facebook executives regularly meet with Obama and Obama's White House Administration. And all of these businesses engage in mass data collection. So it behooves us average Joes to understand corporatists and White House connections, and consider where all our personal information goes - and why.
Before proceeding any further, recent feedback is that some readers weren't aware the highlighted blue words/phrases in my blog posts are links for sources, articles, etc.; and the YouTube videos herein are embedded and can be viewed by left clicking on the arrow in the center of the video. (Left click on the words or phrases in blue for link to the articles or sites mentioned). Likewise, other web articles may use highlighted links within to access sources, provide lists of links instead, or simply use a highlighted word at the end of the article such as "Source" or "Sources" so we can locate the author's information.
Further, my apologies if the links aren't opening into a new window - they should as it's set up to so readers don't have to hit the back arrow for returning to the post. Upon repeated reviews, the problem appears to randomly persist in the most recent articles posted. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
That said, here's the link for Google Sky. Fun to play around with, but it's my understanding the search mode had been disabled, and the images and galleries for Google Sky, provided by NASA, are not in real time. Therefore, we receive the "old" information, no information, disinformation, and level one technology in an effort for the corporatists and bankers to stay steps ahead of us. So, keep digging outside of mainstream media (MSM), and outside of their control if you want to avoid immersion in the propaganda - and to learn.
NASA providing Emergency Preparedness Warnings to its NASA family: Seems like a no-brainer for people to prepare for storms and natural disasters typical for their regions. We don't need warnings nor reminders for emergency preparations because it becomes a part of life to consider and prepare for potential natural weather occurrences - be it snowstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, heat waves, etc. depending on where we live.
However, NASA, which has been part of the Continuity of Government exercises since the aftermath of 9/11, provided agency-wide warnings since 2011, and advice for its employees to prepare for natural disasters such as flooding or earthquakes, as evidenced by the YouTube video below:
Noticeably is the fact the head of NASA is specifically warning its NASA family living on the West Coast, East Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, and around the Great Lakes areas.
Since 9/11, aka "9/11 was an inside job", the White House in conjunction with FEMA has also prepared for "an unprecedented catastrophic event".

to help identify innovative, atypical solutions to an unprecedented
catastrophic event - Maximum of Maximums - following the disaster." (Emergency Planning Exercises)
Also following 9/11, September has become the National Preparedness Month for which the President issues yearly Presidential Proclamations.
For September 2014:
"Emergencies -- from hurricanes and wildfires to cyber and terrorist
attacks -- can strike anywhere at any time. Americans should be familiar
with local threats and hazards and take steps to reduce their
devastating impacts. Families should assemble a disaster supplies kit
well in advance and have a plan to reconnect after a tragedy."
The emergency preparedness warnings are different now; they're not simply "local threats" of the kind we're accustomed to...We are being warned to expect more frequent, more severe and devastating natural disasters.This isn't climate change; these are natural magnetic forces as Earth (and the Moon) are being increasingly affected by Nibiru. Be observant. Most of us have been on this Earth long enough to know what's typical and what's not. Here's a link to a site which will also link you to information about volcano and earthquake reports, etc. from many different sources. You'll not find the information readily available in MSM. (Move the mouse arrow/hand on the bar where you'll see "Home", Magnetosphere", "Spaceweather", "World Cams", etc. to access the toggle categories of information). Keep in mind the USGS is one site which has been down-grading recorded earthquake levels so as not to concern the public (The Real Signs of the Times). And the following is a report of unusual earthquake swarms in remote Alabama; there's more like it, but you'll not see MSM reporting. More often the public thinks about the San Andreas fault and California, but the New Madrid fault should also be on the radar; it's the reason NASA is warning its NASA family about the Great Lakes area. Be less concerned about Human Flesh-Craving Squirrels Are Attacking MTA Workers and Caitlyn Jenner...Learn what you can, do what you can do...but don't become blindsided.
If you had a chance to stop a false flag operation - would you? It seems more probable than not we'll have one, again, on U.S. soil. And it will occur in the Southwest - the same States already mapped out for Operation JADE HELM 15. Reviewing the Dave Hodges article to follow in a link below, this likely false flag appears to have the potential of being both enormous and brutal.
